INGREDIENTS:

• Turkey Wings - 8 wings 
• Cluck & Squeal Rib Formula + Tasty Hot Butter. Just because it says Rib Formula doesn't mean you can’t use this Seasoning a 1000 different ways!

DIRECTIONS

1. Create the injection with Cluck & Squeal Tasty Hot Butter - See Large Batch Recipe here - LINK
2. Optional - Add your favourite whiskey or bourbon into the butter for extra flavour - To taste
3. Inject your Turkey wings with your Tasty Hot Butter
4. Liberally coat wings with Cluck & Squeal Rib Formula (It’s low in salt - You can apply a generous layer!)
5. In oven cook at 350 F until internal temperature is between 180 F - 190 F, you want crispy skin!  For backyard BBQers smoke as desired to achieve doneness and crispy skin.

Glaze the Wings with a quality Canadian Amber Maple Syrup. Serve and ENJOY!
