01HOW TO USE
Steaks: For a 1–1.5 inch steak, season generously and allow 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for the rub to penetrate before cooking.
High Heat: Sear over high heat to develop Bold Browning’s signature crust and texture.
Low & Slow: Use on brisket and beef ribs for deep savoury flavour during long cooks.
Global Cooking: Work it into jerk-style dishes, fajitas, stews, chili, tacos and more.

We tried it on ribs and chicken, and everyone wanted seconds. It caramelizes beautifully on the grill and adds incredible flavor.
